Debt Review (Management?) App

I would like to see this as a smartphone app, then one can check it whenever and wherever..

Conceptually a simple enough application that just gives the user the amount of debt he/she has on each credit card they own at that precise time. This - along with the APR one each card - and how much they are paying as financial fee on each card monthly.
This along with some simple calculations as which card should be used for the next purchase. Which one has a payment coming up. Just very simple stuff - without even trying to calculate the spending habits or any-such.

Idea 3: Text to EHR

Hospital information systems(HIS) act as information repositories in hospitals. However most of this information is in the form of unstructured text. This text is generated by transcription of dictated reports or feeds from other information systems such as a Radiology information system(RIS).
Currently when a patient requests his/her medical record, the hospital needs to sift through his/her record in the HIS and print out the reports for the patient in the entirety, time spent in this activity translates to a sunk cost for the hospital. If the patient is interested in maintaining a concise health record online, he/she needs to understand the report, extract useful information and enter it manually into the health record. People who want to start maintaining an electronic health record are turned off by this.
The idea is to come up with a text parser that parses unstructured reports and extracts relevant information and updates the EHR. Some examples of relevant information would be Medications, Allergies reported, Height, Weight, Blood pressure and other measurements, Attending physician's name.
The parser would reside as a service that polls the HIS for new text reports.

Idea 2: Browser for Grandpa

Old people who aren't tech savvy do not need a full featured browser to do basic things like e-mail, sending pictures etc. In fact it may be daunting for them to take all the steps it takes to do some of these basic tasks. Also most web UIs aren't exactly designed to help them. Can we build a simple app with a comfortable interface to help old folks with some of these tasks.
1. Send e-mail to family/friends.
2. Send/receive pictures
3. Read syndicated news.

Idea 1: Interviewr

Facilitate the mock interview process. Allow people to search a pool of subject experts and schedule mock interviews with them. This is part of a larger social application where people can publish tests/ conduct mock interviews. This can also facilitate the interviewing process in companies who may wish to utilize the talent pool within the community to conduct initial screenings etc.

Potential Feature list:

1. Allow user to extend profile to describe his/her professional interests.
2. Search users based on their professional interests and/or rating.
3. Publish user calendar showing interview slots available. For the interviewer show scheduled interviews. Allow cancellation/reschedule of interview.
4. Notify interviewer and interviewee some time period before the interview.
5. Provide system to voice chat alongwith an electronic blackboard to enable the interview.
6. Provide a reporting system for the interviewer to send structured feedback to the interviewee.
7. Provide a rating scheme for the interviewee to rate the interviewer.
8. Provide a payment gateway to facilate payments made to the interviewer. Charge a transaction fee to enable the interview.
